Staged Fit-out enabled business continuity

Rork Projects Canberra recently completed a two staged office fitout for the Australian Council for International Development (ACFID), located at Napier Close in Deakin, Canberra.

Rork was engaged as the head contractor for the 8-week project working with Clarke Keller Architects (Designer and Project Manager).

To ensure business continuity for the non-for-profit organisation, the works program was carefully coordinated to allow ACFID staff to remain working onsite during the 8 weeks.

Central to minimising any disruption was the crucial rollout of new ITC infrastructure and switchover with new sever rack installation.

The ground floor 340m2 fit out included new boardroom, breakout, utilities, offices and open plan works areas.

The Australian Council for International Development (ACFID) unites Australia’s non-government aid and international development organisations to strengthen their collective impact against poverty.

Rork Projects were extremely proud to work with this influential organisation.
