Our highly sought-after Cadet Program is an incredible opportunity for budding construction managers to gain professional, first-hand experience within a leading, national construction company.

As an important extension of the program cadets will be exposed to both the challenges and opportunities that come with being an Indigenous business, improving their awareness and understanding of Indigenous issues.

Through the program, cadets will gain valuable experience across all essential areas of project delivery – including estimating, finance, site management, contracts administration, project management, and safety and quality.
Cadets will be strongly supported throughout the program, with clear communication of expectations, regular meetings, thorough inductions and progress updates. Over the course of the program managers will work with cadets to give them the experience and confidence to work independently within the company.
After a successful 12 months, cadets may be offered a permanent employment opportunity at Rork Projects that aligns with their interests.
