Our team in Canberra held a fabulous a Corporate Partners Networking Event in collaboration with the Canberra Raiders last week.
The event discussed how we can provide pathways for Indigenous students in the building and construction industry. We heard from Jefferson Taylor from the NRL School to Work Program, and our Canberra Business Development Manager Kristy Xerri.
Rork Projects has been working closely with the Canberra Raiders over the last two years, participating in a number of fundraising events for our Wa Initiative which raises funds to support Indigenous education initiatives for students from remote regions of Australia.
Canberra Raiders COO, Jason Mathie, took attendees on a tour of their Bradden facility, exploring the state-of-the-art locker rooms and gyms used by players.
