Rork Projects are proud to announce a major milestone in their partnership with DeMartini Fletcher, with the signing of an Early Contractor Involvement agreement for a significant new build project at 191 Stratton Terrace, Manly in Southeast Queensland.
We have been engaged to complete the design and provide a GMP contract for 43 luxury apartments including basement car parking and partial retail on the street level. The architecture is inspired by the village character of Manly and is a fresh yet respectful addition to the neighbourhood.
The design phase is underway, and we are very excited to see this project progress over the next 12 months.
