RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Compile all documentation and prepare national based tender submissions for approval
- Assisting in selecting internal / external team members for each bid
- Maintain and update bid & strategy documentation and information database
- Provide effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders of each tender
- Work with all internal counterparts to create compelling and memorable bid documents, which include a clear value proposition and effective win strategies
- Ensuring alerts to tenders, the development of responses and client questions are answered promptly and accurately
- Leading bid meetings, including being responsible for managing frameworks and distributing duties
- Ensure legal, commercial and compliance checks are in place and ensuring each bid response meets governance requirements
- Preparation of additional presentation materials
- Accurately record monthly bid volumes
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a Graphic Design, Communications or Tender Submissions coordinator role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with all stakeholders
- Experience in communication design, styling, and brand awareness
- Ability to work to strict deadlines, well organised and a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Acrobat (Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency would also be desirable), and MS Office products
- Business acumen skills and high attention to detail
- Experience in the construction industry is advantageous
- The ability to work within a team environment and autonomously
- Demonstrates accuracy, reliability and consistency in quality of work
