Responsibilities:
- Safety Management, distribute, amend and implement project specific PMP
- Ensure building methodology on site is the safest possible
- Manage time to ensure each project being managed is delivered in accordance with the programme
- Evaluate and respond to all sub-contractor EOT claims
- Compile all head contract EOT claims
- Manage all project financials including trade, consultant and supplier contract awards
- Responsibility and management of all expenditure for project preliminaries
- Demonstrate overall project leadership and control
- Develop favourable client, consultant and contractor relationships acting at all times with respect and dignity
Skills & experience required:
- Degree / Diploma in Project Management / Construction Management
- Significant experience in construction project management role
- A track record in delivery of refurbishment / fitout / commercial new build projects
- Ability to lead a project team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Project planning and financial control
- Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote safe work places
