Responsibilities:
- Supervision, coordination, and management of trade subcontractors to ensure program is met and quality workmanship is delivered to the client
- Coordination of all aspects of construction
- Liaison with onsite building management
- WHS implementation and management
- Quality Control
- Inspections, defects listing and rectification
Skills and experience required:
- Carpentry qualified background and/or Cert 4 Building & Construction
- Minimum 5 years’ site management experience (building refurbishment, office fit out, commercial construction experience strongly preferable)
- Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate with WHS/Information Management Systems experience
