This priority project is part of the City of Parramatta Council’s provision of public amenities in order to address the needs of a growing community at Wentworth Point.
Due to the project being handed over as a true “cold shell”, full BIM was utilised to document and manage the installation of all in-ceiling services. Aside from full services installation, other scope includes installation of three interconnecting staircases; a glass shaft passenger lift; commercial kitchen; dance studios; significant public amenities; community rooms and full library incorporating RFID and shelving systems.
