To meet a surge in demand for specialist construction projects, Rork Projects Queensland has launched a new division to deliver refurbishments, fit outs and minor construction works.
Rork Minor Works will sit alongside Rork Projects’ major project team and will focus on delivering a range of needs, from office upgrades to significant maintenance works.General Manager for Rork Projects Queensland, Matt Clayton said a dedicated team will support clients, building managers and owners to deliver changes needed in the office environment in light of COVID-19.
“Just as businesses across Brisbane are having to consider modifications to their work spaces and how they do business, we’ve also adapted to the changing market conditions to provide a specialist service to meet these needs,” Mr Clayton said.
“Diversifying our project delivery means we are able to offer clients the experience and security that comes from working with a major construction company, without losing the attention to detail and service that these specialist projects need.
“As a co-owned and managed Indigenous company, Rork Projects also has a strong commitment to Indigenous business growth and strengthening Indigenous economic participation.
“It’s an opportunity to partner with many of our clients who have similar commitments to increasing their Indigenous engagement through either an Indigenous Procurement Policy (IPP) or Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
“Through Rork Minor Works we can help them to achieve their engagement goals and build a stronger future together.”
