As we approach the 20th Anniversary of the official Reconciliation Week in Australia, Rork Projects are proud to announce their partnership with the Property Council of Australia for a new event series. ‘The Reconciliation Series’ will be held across the East Coast capitols Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Canberra.
Whilst 2021 marks twenty years of Reconciliation Australia and almost three decades of Australia’s formal reconciliation process, this series will bring together industry leaders – including our very own John Paul Janke – to share their ideas on how we can continue to improve Indigenous engagement within our sector and make positive changes for the future.
Reconciliation is a journey for all Australians – as individuals, families, communities, organisations and importantly as a nation. As a proudly Indigenous company, we are so excited to be a part of this event series and collectively build relationships and communities that value Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, histories, cultures, and futures.
The Reconciliation Events Series kicks off with the first event in Brisbane on Tuesday May 25th.
