Engaged as head contractor, the Rork Projects Melbourne team undertook the new 11 Exhibition St End of Trip facility and Bike storage.
Located over 3 separate levels in the existing carpark, works included bike parking for 120+ bicycles, lockers for 280 tenants and 16 Showers. Works were completed within normal hours, with the exception of out of hours for noisy works.
