Rork Projects was appointed as the Head Contractor to undertake building refurbishment works within this boutique commercial strata building in Sydney’s CBD.
Works comprised strip out and make good to levels 3, 6 and 7 (including structural modifications); basement refurbishment; lobby rejuvenation; bathroom upgrade works and fit out to level 1.
Originally constructed in 1927, the property overlooks Wynyard Park and will accommodate the onsite facility team managing Brookfield Place Sydney.
