Rork Projects completed the internal make good and external landscape upgrade at 33 Park Road, Milton for clients AMP Capital & Knight Frank. Rork were engaged to complete the following works for the 33 Park Road Stage 1 upgrade including, demolition of two existing ground floor tenancies, make good all internal floors & columns and strip out the existing ceiling to create a cold shell. New automatic doors were also installed to the newly prepared tenancy as well as fire, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical services upgraded for the new incoming tenant.

A portion of the works also included the external hard & landscape upgrade which wrapped around the internal tenancy make good. The works included painting the ceiling soffit wrapped around the tenancy and neighbouring tenants. All landscaping of the gardens was completed which included demolishing and stripping out existing vegetation, then installing new mulching throughout the garden beds and planting new species in line with the project documentation. A standout piece of the project was the installation of the new modular tile pattern which wraps around a portion of the building. Each pattern was made up of a number of singular & irregular size tiles to create the pattern which worked seamlessly around the garden beds, the newly installed ramp and entrance stairs.

The external works were completed with architecturally designed tenant signage boxes which were installed to the existing external ceiling in preparation for new and existing tenants to install their signage & logos. A pylon sign was also installed near the front of the main building so that existing and new tenants had the opportunity for signage opportunities for their respective tenancies. The external upgrade of the property was also finished off with powder coated battens which were installed to the existing mechanical exhaust and fire exit stairs to complete the high end finish.

As an Indigenous business, we proudly acknowledge that this project was completed on the traditional lands of the Yuggera, Turrbal, Noonucal, Goenpul, and Yugembah Nations.
