As a part of the Dexus panel our Victorian team were engaged to undertake the completion of eight separate tenancy speculative suite fit outs across two levels in Melbourne’s 80 Collins Street.
All eight tenancies have been designed with different finishes, but include quiet spaces, breakout kitchens, meeting rooms, workstations, and complete furniture placement.
Industry shortages, delays with furniture, materials, and light fittings from overseas forced the team to complete some works out of the originally planned programme sequence. However, despite these challenges, Rork Projects was able to deliver a high-quality product within budget, due to the effort put in by the whole team.
