Project Manger the Mostyn Copper Group appointed Rork Projects, on behalf of building owner AMP and the incumbent tenant Ashusrt, to refurbish Levels 11, 12 and 13 at 12 Moore Street in Canberra City.
In a rather complex arrangement of Tenant and Landlord requirements, the project encompassed the fully occupied fitout and refurbishment of the lift lobbies, amenities, the installation of a DDA compliant toilet, the back to base demolition of level 13 and the rework of levels 11 &12 of the Ashurst tenancy.
Ashusrt relinquishing the lease on half of level 11 where Rork returned this space to a warm shell with new entrance doors, ceilings, carpet and services upgrade.
