Rork Projects was engaged in a head contractor role to perform a lift lobby and external façade remediation to a large commercial building in the Coronation Drive Office Park (CDOP3). The works to the lift lobby included demolition, new tiling to the floors and walls, suspended light fittings, changes to services and new paint finishes.
Features include timber planter boxes, powder coated finishes and a polished concrete seat. The planter boxes contain an edible herb and veggie garden for staff and visitors to enjoy. The facade works entailed cladding, rendering and painting by use of scaffold.
