These works were completed in a fully live and operational environment, which required a sensitive approach to the program to ensure minimal disruption to tenants and building management. Detailed daily and weekly works and look-ahead programs were issued to tenants to mitigate any tenant disruptions.

The design included change rooms with showers, bike repair stations, Fat Rack bicycle racks, clothes drying and steaming stations, and modern amenities such as hair dryers and straighteners. A feature of the new finishes to the locker rooms and lift lobbies was the graphics signage boards that included a map of the local bike paths, printed onto compressed fibre cement to create a bright and informative display.
