New fit-out on the ground floor of an existing vacant building including new office fit-out, security, services and data infrastructure over a two month period. The project involved the construction of new offices and meeting rooms, supply and installation of detailed joinery, supply of loose furniture and reconfiguration and relocation of hydraulics and mechanical services to suit new layout. Services additions included new lighting, communications cabling, supplementary air conditioning systems and installation of new power, fire and security system.
