Rork Projects was appointed to carry out the officer’s mess new modern kitchen fit-out and ‘state of the art’ equipment installation. The complex services upgrade included five new extraction canopies, three cold rooms and the entire replacement of the mechanical system. Included in the refurbishment was the replacement of the boilers that served both buildings 6 + 7 and there was a full chiller replacement. The building 6 roof was refurbished, a new loading dock and roller door were constructed and a new goods lift was installed linking the bar to the kitchen passage way.
Rork delivered the project on-time with all HOTO documentation completed.
