Rork Projects were awarded the lump sum Office Interior Fitout for AIHW in Bruce, ACT. Works comprised high-end fitout of a warm shell tenancy on the first floor across 1,000m2.
Major packages included feature timber cladding, floor finishes, joinery, mechanical, electrical, partitioning and a new base building DDA compliant disabled toilet facilities. Works were completed within 8 weeks on site. Throughout construction, Rork Projects ensured the works never compromised access to tenants below. Rork Projects’ contractors shared the basement access and main access route, these were carefully maintained throughout project delivery.
