Engaged directly by the building owner Australian Unity, for the tenancy of Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, the Melbourne team delivered a design and construct fit-out.
Collaborating with Tall Architects and APP, this fast tracked programme saw a new open workplace house, including 92 workstations, 2 private office and 5 meeting rooms, as well as utility and breakout space.
