Office interior for digital gaming designers Big World Technology including inter-tenancy wall and additional bathroom works for Jones Lang LaSalle. The tenancy is located within a traditional wool shed originally built in 1899 in Smail St, Ultimo.
Major packages included remedial works to the timber flooring and external windows, brickwork, partitioning, a bespoke mechanical A/C solution comprising inflatable ductwork, electrical and hydraulic works, wall papering, A/V, graphics, furniture, joinery and security.
