The project consisted of three floors of classrooms, break out and co-lab areas with one floor of administration management. Operable walls were utilised for effective division of space and areas to accommodate both study groups’ class arrangements and exam room management.

Program was a key directive from the client in order to meet study groups’ student semester dates. Complete interior fit-out package included full mechanical, fire, and electrical upgrades to meet the new change of class use of building. New plant rooms were located to allow for study groups to accommodate the required number of students.

As an Indigenous business, we proudly acknowledge that this project was completed on the traditional lands of the Boonwurrung, Dja Dja Wurrung, Taungurung, Wathaurung and Wurundjeri peoples of the Kulin Nation.
