Rork Projects were engaged to carry out the upgrade and repositioning of 565 Bourke St. The project scope incorporated 7 full floor upgrades including amenities and lift lobbies upgrades.
Working within a live environment and partial tenanted floors required the expert planning and communication from Rork’s delivery team ensuring a smooth and defect free delivery of the project, one month early-on construction program.
