Rork Projects was engaged as the head contractor for the works at LTC Building. Works involved demolition of existing classrooms to convert into new office space for the sports teachers; removal of existing lighting, carpet & blinds to the function room, refurbished with new finishes and fittings; removal of existing kiosk and installation of a new commercial kitchen; removal of existing grandstand flooring and seating and install new seating and vinyl including handrails and DDA requirement areas; and First Aid room refurbishment.
Core trades included electrical, mechanical, joinery, flooring, painting, grandstand seating, security, hydraulic and partitions.
