Lump sum contract

We were proud to have played a vital role in constructing the new breath-taking welcoming space for GTV9 (Channel Nine) in one of Melbourne’s architecturally  renowned A-grade buildings. Knight Frank Australia – on behalf of REST – engaged Rork Projects to provide head contractor services for the repositioning and
construction of Channel 9’s main foyer at the iconic 717 Bourke Street, Docklands.

The refurbishment works saw an expansion to the foyer by threefold, which exposed the external glass wall to the north introducing an abundance of natural light to the internal areas. Multi-angled feature timber ceilings and walls complimented the building’s imaginative and progressive lines, whilst the natural stone floor commended prestige and excellence.

As an Indigenous business, we proudly acknowledge that this project was completed on the traditional lands of the Boonwurrung, Dja Dja Wurrung, Taungurung, Wathaurung and Wurundjeri peoples of the Kulin Nation.
