Rork was awarded the 2014 ACT MBA award for Commercial fitout between $500,000 and $1 million for the high end 600m2 commercial office fitout including all services at Level 5, 10 Rudd Street, Canberra.
The joinery package was the critical trade due to the bespoke elements of stainless steel, and polyurethane finishes required to be shop drawn early in the construction phase to ensure the delivery and installation of the joinery was within the tight time frame of 8 weeks.
