Rork Projects were engaged by Central Queensland University to convert an existing campus lecture room to a medical grade training facility. The project consisted of an eight bed nursing ward, surgical hand wash area, shower/toilet facilities, drug preparation room, nurses office, viewing rooms and three store rooms.
The works were completed in a live, fully occupied building with minimal disruptions to tenants and delivered two weeks ahead of programme whilst lift upgrades were occurring simultaneously within the Building.
