Rork Projects were engaged by the CSIRO to remove approximately 2000m2 of combustible cladding and replace with non-combustible cladding, including 3mm thick solid aluminum cladding and 50mm thick Bondor FlameGuard panels.

To address the client’s requirements of a specific cladding layout and preventing any potential water egress, Rork Projects ensured shop drawings were produced to a high level of detail and a series of high-pressure and high-volume water tests were performed onsite.

The cladding remediation works were undertaken in a live, operational environment involving the movement of CSIRO staff and vehicles.

As an Indigenous business, we proudly acknowledge that this project was completed on the traditional lands of the Yuggera, Turrbal, Noonucal, Goenpul, and Yugembah Nations.
