Rork Projects was engaged to undertake both building refurbishment and fit-out works across all floors of this building.
Works comprised strip out of redundant fit-outs, services and plant (incl. boiler); hazmat remediation; new waterproof membrane to roof; full amenity upgrade to 7 floors; new fit-outs to 9 floors and new ground floor entry (incl. accessible lift).
Works were completed during and after hours whilst the building was fully occupied.
