After the successful delivery of a minor works project at Stockland’s Salford Waters Retirement Estate, Rork Projects were engaged to complete a minor works refurbishment at Farrington Grove Retirement Estate in Ferny Hills, Queensland.
The project involved the internal refurbishment of the café area, library and craft room including demolition, carpet replacements, painting, joinery and air conditioning installation.
Works were carried out in a live, operational environment allowing unimpeded access to staff and emergency services while minimising disruption to the retirement estate’s residents.
Despite industry shortages and long lead times on materials, this project was delivered on budget and within the intended 4-week timeframe.
