Rork Brisbane has completed the refurbishment of 14 kitchens across 10 floors for a Federal Government client, located in Brisbane’s CBD.
Rork Projects are the first builder to complete a project during business hours inside this highly secure building.
Works were completed in a secure environment requiring excellent communication and coordination to achieve project success. Due to seamless staging and detailed coordination, there were zero defects on practical completion of each floor.
The team worked productively and successfully to ensure all 14 handovers were completed with zero delays over the required 10-week period.
