Great Southern Bank engaged Rork Projects to complete a tenancy fit out of their new branch in Penrith, Western Sydney.
We were presented with a cold shell to fit out the branch, which included a new tenancy shop front, banking zone and main counter, sales POD areas for staff to liaise with customers, breakout area and back-of-house work area.
All works were completed during business hours while the shopping centre continued to operate throughout the construction programme. The works were delivered to a strict programme to align with the closure of their existing Penrith branch.
Rork Projects also coordinated and managed all the client supplied trades including security, safe installation and signage.
