Rork Projects were engaged by Shayher Properties Group to design and construct two separate spec suite fit outs, in Hamilton on Brisbane’s Northside.
Rork Projects worked with Shayher and architect firm Studio LMD to create a simplistic and versatile design that took inspiration from our previous projects with Shayher and LMD at 300 George Street in Brisbane’s CBD.
As neither of these office spaces have been leased yet, the simplicity of the design was requested so that they could be easily customised once tenants occupy the spaces.
The fit-out of suite spaces across 2 floors (Levels 2 and 5), required the organisation of trades including electrical, plumbing, fire services, mechanical services, painters, and ceilings and partitions for the installation of new internal walls. Brand new joinery was used to create a communal kitchen on each level, along with new workstations and blinds.
The project was delivered efficiently in a short timeframe, meeting all the client’s expectations.
