The building refurbishment comprised both an internal and external upgrade. The external work included the installation of a new glazed entrance façade with an automated door, feature wall cladding, landscaping, tiling and way finding signage. The interior refurbishment included demolition, new ceilings, floor finishes, tiling, intertenancy walls, joinery and all new building services infrastructure.
Rork Projects managed the NABER’s investigations including the provision of a services upgrade report and the mechanical upgrade of the building in collaboration with the services engineers.
