Rork Projects successfully completed the fit out of the new H&S Brothers Barbershop at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre under a fast paced program to ensure our clients could commence trading from their agreed lease date.
Rork Projects worked hand in hand with the clients architect and centre management to ensure design parameters and expectations were met to fit out the new space. The works included installing new custom made joinery units to house 6 barber stations, 1 wash basin, new timber flooring, brick feature wall paper and a back of house space to ensure the barbershop was ready to commence trade. A new waiting area was also completed with leather upholstery, and a new shop front with glazing infills was also finished.
Rork Projects also had to stick to a tight and accelerated program to ensure the barbershop was ready for trade as agreed with Indooroopilly Shopping Centre Management. Multiple trades were coordinated daily on site to ensure the program was maintained and met. Rork Projects were also able to handover the space defect free to ensure our client was able to trade with no setbacks.
As an Indigenous business, we proudly acknowledge that this project was completed on the traditional lands of the Yuggera, Turrbal, Noonucal, Goenpul, and Yugembah Nations.
