Rork Projects was engaged as the head contractors for the refurbishment of the retail thoroughfare, commercial building foyer and new End of Trip Facilities at 6 O’Connell Street Sydney for INVESTA.

The thoroughfare is used by the public as ‘the shortcut’ between Bligh and O’Connell and the refurbishment provides an uplifted atrium with backlit feature walls, new shopfront facades for the restaurants and an alternative access solution for the End of Trip Facilities. Due to full building occupancy levels, the works were staged with noisy and isolated works completed after hours.
