Rork Projects was engaged as the head contractor for two End of Trip Facilities on the Basement 1 and Basement 2 levels at 50 Lonsdale Street.

Facilities included over 300 lockers, bike racks, a bike repair station and air outlet, and toilet and shower amenities. Whilst on site Rork is also completing the refurbishment of 22 levels within the building consisting of amenity upgrade, base building painting, re-lamping and carpet replacement. Due to full building occupancy levels, the works are staged with noisy and isolated works completed after hours. The client extended the contract to include Lobby Upgrade.
