Rork Projects was engaged as the head contractors for the adaptive reuse of the basement at 345 George Street Sydney CBD.
The fit-out included the installation of an End-of-Trip facility with various services reconfiguration to suit the new layout, high end finishes and detailed joinery. This project was required to be undertaken within a fully occupied building which presented the challenge of not disturbing the occupants during construction works.
