Rork Projects was engaged as the head contractors for the adaptive reuse of the basement at 100 Pacific Highway, North Sydney.
The fit-out included the installation of an End-of-Trip facility with various services reconfiguration to suit the new layout, high end finishes and detailed joinery.
Due to full building occupancy levels, the works were staged with noisy and isolated works completed after hours.
