The building refurbishment and adaptive reuse of the former Giralang pre-school building into a childcare centre inclusive of a commercial kitchen, landscaping and renovation of the heritage-listed building structure.
Works comprised piling and associated taps; civil works; excavation; slab on ground; detailed multi-pitch roofing works; electrical upgrade works (including main switchboard); new mechanical and hydraulic installation, as well as full fit-out that included commercial kitchen and bathrooms.
