Works included a design and construct contract with respect to the mechanical services of the space. The main chamber room required the delivery of several items of bespoke joinery, including a hand-made “Dharma Wheel” inset into the ceiling, which required significant structural support to accommodate its 200+kg weight.

A floating floor was created over the original concrete slab using Native Australian Blackbutt throughout the reception, bookshop, break-out area, kitchen, offices and teachers prep spaces. Inside the main chamber room, heavy statues were supported by the reinforced display case construction.

As an Indigenous business, we proudly acknowledge that this project was completed on the traditional lands of the Yuggera, Turrbal, Noonucal, Goenpul, and Yugembah Nations.
