Office fit-out for national digital advertising agency Lavender. Works comprised full fit-out across two floors and was integrated into building refurbishment works, saving both tenant and landlord significant time and cost.

Fit-out works comprised new ‘front of house’ reception and meeting facilities, ‘back of house’ workspaces, collaboration spaces and breakout facilities, all based upon a very open plan ethos with only three walls being constructed. Building refurbishment works included bathroom strip out and rebuild, lobby upgrade, new ceiling and lighting services.
