Originally a mixed use development with retail on the ground floor and a residency on the first floor, Rork Projects worked closely with Black Line Retail to realise the full opportunity of this conversion.
Building refurbishment works comprised the full strip out and the installation of a new steel supporting structure, shop front section, recycled gum staircase, roof and mechanical services. Fit-out works comprised new floor, wall and ceiling finishes; electrical, fire and hydraulic services; joinery, workstations and loose furniture.
Other McGrath offices completed include Palm Beach, Bankstown, Mona Vale, Hunters Hill, Crows Nest, Woden and extension works at Castle Hill and Lindfield.
