Rork Projects were engaged by Middle Park Pty Ltd to carry out the Amenities Upgrade at the Middle Park Shopping Centre on the corner of Horizon Drive and Riverhills Road.
The scope of works included the demolition and removal of the existing facilities and kitchen, the refurbishment of male, female and accessible toilet facilities, and the creation of parents room including baby change, kitchenette, breast feeding area and parent and child toilet.
We created temporary toilet facilities before commencing refurbishment works to minimise disruption to both retail tenancies and visitors. The project was delivered on time and in budget.
