The new state-of-the-art, purpose-built facilities include four hearing rooms equipped with high definition video conferencing technology, five conciliation rooms, a registry, public service counter, waiting room, breakout facilities and back of house offices. High levels of acoustic treatment throughout underpins the operational privacy of each space.
The new premises quadruples capacity in Parramatta from five to twenty hearing days a week. The new facility will place the tribunal in a strong position to meet the increased needs of the local community.
