Works comprised strip out of approximately 85% of the existing fit-out; multiple new office, meeting and reception environments; full services upgrades; extensive joinery (cabinetry, framing and stairs) and workstations and furniture packages.
With only enough “swing space” to relocate one floor at a time, works were meticulously programmed to ensure strip out and new fit-out works to each of the 1,500m2 floor plates were completed within a 4.5 week per floor timeframe.
Various kitchens, interview, V/C and meeting rooms remained fully accessible and operational throughout the works.
