Rork Projects was engaged by a Private Client to complete a new-floor tenancy fit-out for their offices in Melbourne CBD.
The full floor fit-out on 360 Collins Street, included a reception area, two boardrooms, eight meeting rooms, kitchenette and main staff breakout space, phone booths, as well as new joinery and workstations throughout.
On top of our extensive systems and safety protocols, this client had their own OH&S procedures which had to be followed. This included things such as all site staff wearing long sleeves and pants during summer which was a challenge to enforce with subcontractors at times.
Despite this however, Rork Projects worked efficiently to coordinate and manage our subcontractors and client supplied trades to deliver a very successful project.
Aligning with Rork Projects, this client also aspires to positively contribute to reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in Australia. By partnering with us to complete their fitout, we were able to leverage off our relationships & collaborate with Indigenous owned businesses deliver this project.
As an Indigenous business, we proudly acknowledge that this project was completed on the traditional lands of the Boonwurrung, Dja Dja Wurrung, Taungurung, Wathaurung and Wurundjeri peoples of the Kulin Nation.
