Okeland Communities engaged Rork Projects to fit out the mixed-mode display village/community centre at South Ripley. Works involved new ceilings and partitions, relocation of doors and installation of door hardware, installation of bespoke joinery package and lighting, as well as matching power, data and mechanical fittings to existing building systems. Works were completed in six weeks, in line with client expectations.
Services scope involved the relocation of existing grilles, boxes and associated duct work, electrical works for digital hubs and bespoke lighting and the audio/visual installation for conference rooms, including power and data.
As an Indigenous business, we proudly acknowledge that this project was completed on the traditional lands of the Yuggera, Turrbal, Noonucal, Goenpul, and Yugembah Nations.
