SAS Canberra relocated to Level 7, 12 Moore Street Civic in 2013. The project scope of work comprised of the defit and reconfiguration of the existing Booze & Co fit-out to suite SAS’s requirements as the new occupant for part of Level 7. Projects that involve a fit-out within a multi storey occupied building and within a tight time frame, represents a high level of risk for all project stakeholders.
Rork Projects in-depth understanding and appreciation of the scope of work involved on this project achieved all of the project objectives, a commitment to detail and quality, a responsibility to Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) and an assurance to established project delivery systems.
Rork Projects was responsible for delivering a high specification, in both finishes and security requirements, within a very short time frame.
