SAS Canberra relocated to Level 7, 12 Moore Street Civic in 2013. The project scope of work comprised of the defit and reconfiguration of the existing Booze & Co fit-out to suite SAS’s requirements as the new occupant for part of Level 7. Projects that involve a fit-out within a multi storey occupied building and within a tight time frame, represents a high level of risk for all project stakeholders.
